Change of Mind
In the event that you change your mind, we will gladly exchange your purchase if all of the following is adhered to:
- We are notified by email at sales@ritualhome.com.au within 30 days of receiving your order
- The goods are returned in their original condition with no unreasonable creases, marks, rips, threads pulled. Items damaged in transit back to us due to poor protective packaging are not eligible for refund.
- The exchanged goods are packaged safely to prevent any damage occurring to the goods in transit. Ritual Home is not liable for any damage that occurs during transit from the customer to Ritual Home offices.
- Tracking information sent to sales@ritualhome.com.au within the 30 day notification period.
- All additional freight costs to return to us are the responsibility of the customer.
If you notify us by email of your change of mind before your item has been dispatched we can issue a full refund to the order value.
Faulty
Please note that all items are printed on natural fibres, and therefore minor imperfections may occur. These imperfections are embraced by us as a part of printing on natural fabrics and is outlined in our product descriptions.
Print imperfections caused by the natural slub of linens will not be classified as faulty and are accepted upon ordering our products by the customer.
A product shall only be categorised as ‘faulty' if such imperfections go beyond the natural imperfections outlined above.
Each item undergoes a quality control process to ensure no faults occur in the making and packaging of our items. In the case a fault passes through or an item has been damaged in shipping please contact Ritual Home immediately (within 72 hours of receiving your good/s) at sales@ritualhome.com.au and we will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Resolution can be in the form of refund, exchange or replacement. In your email please include your name and delivery address as well as clear pictures of the faulty product.
Please note, we cannot take responsibility if returned or exchanged items get lost on their way to back us or for any import duties and taxes incurred by the customer.
Items returned to sender
Please note any/all items returned to Ritual Home due to uncollected items at a collection depot will be automatically refunded without shipping costs.
Items can be re-sent at the expense of the customer. If you wish to organise re-delivery, please contact us at sales@ritualhome.com.au and we will arrange this for you.
