How long will my order take to dispatch?
We aim to get your order out within 72hrs Mon-Fri. We are a small team, so please be mindful of this. If you require your items quickly, please select Express Shipping upon checkout or email us at sales@ritualhome.com.au.
In the event of any unforeseen delays in dispatch, rest assured, we'll promptly notify you via email. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email from us containing a trackable shipping link.
Then all you need to do it sit back, relax and wait for you linens to come to you!
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We do. However, you cannot check out via the online store, for international orders please email us with your order, full address and arrival date requirements.
We will provide you with a custom quote for shipping to your country.

How do I wash my linens?
Easily! All our linens are machine washable. Please refer to our blog for more details.

Do you take custom orders for events?
Yes! We do. Please email us at sales@ritualhome.com.au with your request including the date of arrival required, the longer the time frame the better.
